Selecting Multiple Course Dates

When creating a course you can schedule the course for multiple course dates.  This will allow you to customize the availability of the course for your participants, to help accommodate your schedule.

On the date portion of the course form, click "More dates" button.  From here you will see a new date selection line added to the form.  

You can add as many date ranges as you need, as long as they do not overlap with each other.  

Inviting Participants

After creating a course, the trainer is able to invite course participants via the "pink invitation link".

  1. Participants can register onto the course by using the link.
  2. The invitation link is for the specific course (one course / one link)
  3. Chrome or Firefox should be used for course registration.

Inviting Trainers

DaDesktop allows one or more Trainers on its Online courses.

There are multiple ways of assigning trainers to a course:

  1. Inviting trainers via email
  2. Assigning existing users in your organisation
  3. Assigning any user as a trainer (Super Administrators only)

In order to assign a trainer:

  1. Open a course
  2. Click on Trainer & Participants tab

 

Cloud Desktop for Each Course Participant

Each participant joining the course will have their own cloud desktop which will be exact clone of Fresh-start desktop prepared by the trainer.

Each virtual desktop is a separate and independent virtual machine with their own independent resources like CPU, memory and disk.

Whatever participant will do on their desktop will not effect other participants desktops.
